Blazer Jobs is actively hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time, school-based position in Clovis, New Mexico, for the 20252026 school year. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated professional who is passionate about supporting students growth, independence, and participation in their daily learning environments.
As part of a collaborative special education and therapy team, youll work alongside licensed Occupational Therapists, teachers, and administrators to help students develop essential motor, sensory, and adaptive skills. What Youll Do

Provide occupational therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed OT.

Support the implementation of IEP goals through engaging, student-centered interventions.

Address fine motor skills, self-regulation, and sensory processing needs.

Collaborate with educators and families to ensure consistency across learning settings.

Maintain progress reports and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

Active New Mexico COTA license (or eligibility to obtain before the start date).

Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

NBCOT certification preferred.

Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly valued.
